With their friendly staff, you’ll feel personally welcomed into this wonderful haven of baked goods.

I ordered pickup for a Mango Cream Cake for a birthday (this is a delayed review but better late than never). They did fantastic. One of the most delicious, fresh and sweet cake I've had (the guests loved it too). They also did an above and beyond job with the lettering, very impressed. Will order and support again!

Ordered 3 things to try: 1) Ube Creamcheese Loaf (slice for $3.50). This was AMAZING. I loved every bit of it. It’s not too sweet but it’s also dense. I will come back here just for this item. 2) Beef and Mushroom empanada. These are a bit small and are $3.00 each. They are delicious but I prefer a bigger empanada with more meat stuffing in it. I would definitely get one again as a small snack. 3) Ube Egg Pie (slice $6.00). This was not good at all. I will not order this item again. I haven’t tried their egg pie, but I feel that would be more tasty than this. Overall the place is nice & clean and the workers are very nice. There are so many other items to try, which I intend to do in time.

The purple theme at The Purple Bakeshop is what seemed to attract me to the store. I tried the Spicy chicken empanada, Mango puff and their signature Ube cookie. Although all the goodies tasted great, the mango puff was my favourite. It was flaky, mildly sweet with the mango clearly predominant in a good way. The person at the counter(missed to ask his name) was very friendly, polite and kind enough to explain about Ube and how it is popularly used in Filipino dishes. Will visit again to try other Ube products. (The photos have half eaten goodies!) PS - Thanks for carefully keeping my personal item which I had forgotten at the store.

First time to try this specialty coffee shop for their baked treats. However, I have tasted a few of their products from pasalubong. I really enjoyed the hopia monggo and food for the gods. Both were to die for. The next day, we’re there buying the same! On the third day (3 consecutive days) we decided to have the kape barako and empanada combo. What a pleasant surprise to taste the best ever empanada in the whole world! At one point, I noticed a 30% discount on the hopia because the best before date is in 3 days. In my mind, it wouldn’t wait for 3 days coz it’ll be gone in 1 hour as soon as it arrives at home, lol! The only thing I noticed is the cost per bag. It’s really pricey; though it’s worth every bite! Come, check it out, give it a try. Highly recommended!

We purchased a pack containing cheese cake, cookies and coconut macaroons. Food is very tasty. However you need to have the acquired taste for Yuka Coconut macarons had a light touch of Yuka and for people who are not so into would love it Cookies and the cheesecake were very rich

Had the ube tres leches cake. It wasn't too sweet, which is nice but other than that, I didn't get a whole lot of ube flavour. Presentation wise it's a beautiful purple colour but for $10 I'd but something else. This is the only thing I've tried from the Purple Bakeshop so hopefully the other treats are better. I just wouldn't buy this particular cake again.
